Cold-process soap is soap made by combining fats with a lye solution and letting the reaction finish slowly at room temperature, rather than cooking it. Every bar Ashley Marie Soap sells is made that way, poured into a wooden mould, cut by hand the next morning, and left on a curing rack for four to six weeks so the water evaporates and the bar hardens.
